Tim grew up in southwest Missouri.  He spent his earlier years in Springfield as the youngest in a large family. For college, he moved to Waco, Tx where he received his BS degree in biology from Baylor University.  Between college and medical school, he spent time doing foreign mission work.  Tim graduated medical school from the University of Missouri in the spring of 2009.

He is excited to be staying at Mizzou for his med-peds residency.  He has obviously learned that there is no place like Missouri which he will tell you is God's country.  His medical interest include rheumatology and allergy, but he plans on doing general hospitalist work when he gets done.

Tim loves his job, but not nearly as much as his family.  He is married to the beautiful Kathryn Hayes, a 4th year medical student at Mizzou.  They share their love of college football and their German Shepard, Sammy.  When they're not working, they like to go running and eating the nachos at Addison's.
