Robert Lancey, M.D. (Med/Peds

After growing up in southern
California, Dr. Robert Lancey obtained his medical degree from Creighton
University in Omaha, Nebraska. After a Med/Peds internship at Indiana
University Medical Center, he then completed his Med/Peds residency
training at the University Medical Center in Indianapolis. |

Dr. Lancey
had a rural based practice in Moberly, MO, and served as a continuity
clinic preceptor for the Med/Peds residents before coming to Columbia to
become our first Med/Peds residency program director. He is also a very active member of
the Internal Medicine Hospitalist team. Dr. Lancey
continues to serve as a preceptor for the resident continuity clinic,
now located at the University Physicians Building. His interests
include asthma, general internal medicine and general pediatrics, health
promotion/prevention, inpatient medicine, medical ethics, pediatric
poisoning, and toxicology. |
