Melissa Myers, M.D.
Melissa attended the University of
California - San Diego, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in
biochemistry. She participated in research on the structure and
function of cAMP-dependent protein kinase during her undergraduate years
and published her work in the journal "Biochemistry".
After graduation, Melissa resided
in Delaware and was employed as a staff scientist at DuPont Merck
Pharmaceuticals. She then moved to Missouri where she was employed
with the University of Missouri - Columbia as a research specialist and
was responsible for managing laboratories working in the fields of
genetics and biochemistry.
