David Riddle, M.D.
|
Dave attained his
undergraduate degrees in biology with honors and psychology at the
University of Missouri, Columbia. While an undergraduate, Dave gained
experience in molecular biology laboratory studies while participating
in research on maize mitochondrial genetics. He was also a member of
the Honors College and Golden Key National Honor Society.

Volunteer credits
include activities with the Regional AIDS Interfaith Network and Dave
was involved with the planning of the Walk for Life in order to increase
AIDS awareness. Dave continued his education in Columbia at the
University of Missouri School of Medicine and was privileged to be
elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in his senior year of
medical school. After graduating cum laude, Dave joined our
Med/Peds residency training program in 2001. He also has the privilege
of serving as president of the House Staff Organization, chief resident
of child health, and was the first Med/Peds chief resident. There have
also been several poster presentations about interesting and unusual
cases added to his credit during his time as a resident. Dave will
continue his education through a combined internal medicine and
pediatrics infectious disease fellowship at Washington University in St.
Louis beginning in 2005. Dave’s ceaseless striving for precision and desire to serve have
been welcome contributions to the Med/Peds program. |
